To me the poem "We are More" by Shane Koyzn proves that as a nation we are so much more than hockey and trees. We are a nation of kindness and acceptance to others. One might believe that this poem captures the essence of Canada, but really Canada is just to vast and free for one poem to pinpoint what exactly what Canada means. Although I do believe Shane did a pretty good job.
